He helped us pick paint colors, find contractors, and determine what items we should repair before putting the house on the market. He came up with a listing and pricing strategy that created a lot of buzz and got us several showings within the first week and consistent showings until the house sold. Once we had an offer, he provided us great advice throughout the negotiation process and we ended up in a place where everyone was happy with the outcome.
